Innocent Bystander Moscato
Highly aromatic wine has notes of blackcurrants musk, Turkish delight, mandarin peel and a touch of candy floss. Rich and fruity with balanced residual sugar and a cleansing natural acidity.
Clonakilla 'Hilltops' Shiraz
Ripe, dark fruit flavours with a deep, concentrated cherry and blackberry character. It has fine-grained tannins and a racy acidity
Grosset 'Alea' Clare Valley Riesling
White flowers and kaffir lime and a generous, almost fleshy mid-palate with distinct lemongrass and lime flavours. Almost dry, the palate is succulent and long with a tight, fine structure and exuberant sweeping acidity on the clean finish.
Shaw + Smith 'Balhannah' Adelaide Hills Shiraz
Rose petals, dried herbs, and red berries. Boysenberry, mulberry, and blueberry notes. Cinnamon, some fennel seed, rhubarb and fine but firm tannins.
Tolpuddle Vineyard Coal Valley Chardonnay
Lemon peel, white blossom, wet stone and a captivating struck match note. Mouthwatering, fresh acidity with concentrated lemon barley, grapefruit and biscuit.
Toomfoolery Son of a Gun Cabernet/ Shiraz
Ripe, supple Shiraz with a lovely Cabernet backbone, satisfyingly full-flavoured. Intense Shiraz brambles with a herbal Cabernet lift.
